Scope of Creative Services

ARNE Creative Studio & Production ("Studio", "We", "Us") provides professional media production services including but not limited to:

• Post-Production Services: Video Editing, Photo Editing, Reel / Shorts Editing, Color Grading, Album Designing, and Graphic Poster Designing.
• Production & Shoots: Cinematic Shoots, Indoor Studio Shoots, and Outdoor Location Shoots.
• Digital Solutions: Website Designing and Custom Brand Portfolio Development.

By booking a slot or submitting a project brief through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing, Estimates & Payment Terms

We maintain clear and transparent billing practices:

• Price Estimates: As stated across our platform, prices may vary based on specific client requirements, footage length, complexity, and custom turnaround deadlines. Final pricing is confirmed upon brief review.
• 50% Advance & 50% Postpaid Structure: To confirm a slot reservation or project commencement, a 50% advance deposit is required. The remaining 50% postpaid balance is due upon review and prior to final unwatermarked asset delivery.
• Razorpay Gateway: All payments are processed securely online via Razorpay. Official payment receipts are generated automatically upon successful transaction completion.

Client Assets & Materials

Clients are responsible for providing high-resolution source materials, footage, music preferences, logos, and reference guidelines necessary for project execution.

• The client warrants that all uploaded materials, images, audio tracks, and videos do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• ARNE Creative Studio assumes no liability for copyright claims arising from client-provided media.

Revisions & Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated based on date and slot selections made during booking. Turnaround times commence after all required assets, references, and advance payments have been received by the Studio.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

Upon receipt of 100% full payment (including the postpaid balance), full commercial usage rights and ownership of the final delivered edit/design are transferred to the client.

• Studio Portfolio Rights: ARNE Creative Studio reserves the non-exclusive right to display completed video edits, stills, posters, or production samples in our studio portfolio, website, and social media channels (e.g. Instagram @thearnestories) for showcase purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been explicitly signed prior to project commencement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms reflect the dedicated time and resource allocation involved in creative productions:

• Cancellation Before Work Starts: If a booking is cancelled by the client at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot/project date, 80% of the advance deposit will be refunded (20% retained for administrative and slot lock costs).
• Cancellation After Project Initiation: Once video editing, shoot prep, or graphic design work has commenced, advance deposits are non-refundable.
• Studio Rescheduling / Force Majeure: In the rare event that ARNE Studio must reschedule due to technical failure or severe weather (for outdoor shoots), clients will be offered an immediate slot reschedule or full 100% refund of the deposit.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

ARNE Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, platform downtime, or third-party service outages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
